IT Service Delivery Manager (mwd)

Project Leadership: 
Plan and manage the PKI legacy system migration/modernization and support (incidents Changes and Problems)

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Technical Oversight:
Understand PKI architecture and guide technical decisions.

Risk & Compliance Management:
Ensure security regulatory compliance and proper documentation.

Reporting:
Provide regular updates and maintain transparency with leadership.

Qualifications :

Project Management Expertise

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects.
• Strong planning budgeting and resource coordination skills.

PKI Knowledge

• Deep understanding of Public Key Infrastructure concepts (CAs certificate lifecycle key management).
• Familiarity with legacy PKI systems and migration strategies. Alternatively a strong technical understanding of informatics and infrastructure as well as the ability to learn PKI concepts quickly.

ITIL Expertise

• Proven knowledge of ITIL processes

Security & Compliance Awareness

• Knowledge of security standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience with risk management and audit processes.

Stakeholder Communication

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage expectations and report progress to leadership.

Technical Understanding

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and guide technical teams.
• Familiarity with infrastructure components related to PKI (e.g. HSMs directories authentication systems).

Other

• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 GER)
• Completed degree in (business) computer science economics or comparable qualification
