How Youll Make An Impact
Boomi is looking for a hands-on organized and relationship-driven Early Career Recruiter & Internship Program Manager to lead our global internship program and recruit exceptional early-career talent across our worldwide this highly visible role youll partner with executive leaders Finance and cross-functional teams to build and scale programs that create meaningful pathways for students new grads and emerging talent to launch their careers at Boomi.

What Youll Do
Own the planning coordination and execution of Boomis global internship program
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders and hiring managers to forecast early-career headcount plans and align on program strategy
Partner with Finance to validate headcount and budget for intern cohorts and full-time conversion planning
Deliver against the early-career recruiting strategy to support annual hiring goals while ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
Cultivate relationships with universities apprenticeship programs community organizations and early-talent partners to build event strategies and diverse pipelines
Source engage and hire for early-career and high-volume roles globally (Sales Development Customer Success Commercial Sales entry-level engineering etc.)
Track program metrics gather feedback and deliver insights and recommendations each cycle
Ensure a warm consistent and inclusive candidate experience that reflects Boomis values
Celebrate and amplify intern success stories to strengthen Boomis employer brand
The Experience You Bring
4 years of recruiting or early-career program experience; internship or campus hiring experience is a strong plus
Skilled in sourcing and engaging emerging talent across platforms like LinkedIn Handshake Indeed and community networks
Highly organized able to manage multiple programs roles and timelines simultaneously
A strong communicator who builds trust with candidates hiring leaders and cross-functional teams
Passionate about early-career development and creating memorable candidate experiences
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating the TA tech stack (Greenhouse Ashby Analytics Gem BrightHire etc.)
Able to track progress pull reports and share insights with partners
A collaborative positive teammate who enjoys connecting people with opportunity

Compensation and Benefits
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $113000 - $142000 CAD annually applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidates knowledge skills experience and geographic location.
