Job Summary
The Wellness Manager is responsible for curating leading and delivering an exceptional holistic wellness experience aligned with the resorts luxury positioning and brand values. This role oversees all wellness offerings including spa operations wellness suites movement mindfulness guest programs and practitioner teams - ensuring seamless integration operational excellence and elevated guest satisfaction.
The Wellness Manager is both a strategic leader and a hands-on ambassador for wellbeing responsible for innovation team culture and revenue performance.
Qualifications :
Lead and deliver exceptional luxury-led wellness experiences including retreats workshops and personalised guest journeys
Oversee day-to-day spa and wellness operations ensuring premium standards of presentation safety compliance and facility maintenance
Collaborate cross-departmentally to integrate wellness seamlessly into the overall guest experience
Recruit train and lead a high-performing wellness team fostering a culture of professionalism care and continuous improvement
Manage treatment menus scheduling utilisation budgets payroll and cost controls to drive commercial performance
Drive revenue growth through optimised treatments retail packages partnerships and targeted wellness offerings
Uphold and evolve the resorts wellness brand while ensuring full compliance with health safety and regulatory requirements
