Job Summary
Responsible for completing monetary transactions and associated documentation for mutuel betting in strict accordance with racing regulations and company policies and procedures.
Job Functions
- Greet customers and give friendly accurate and efficient service.
- Complete transactions and documentation in accordance with racing regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Exchange all currency for Mutuel betting.
- Maintain an accurate bank balance.
- Transfer monies to and from work stations.
- Operate ten-key adding machine.
- Keep work area clean and supplies stocked.
Qualifications :
Job Specifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable about racing gaming and all applicable regulations.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand or sit for duration of shift.
- Must be able to bend stoop reach and lift.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
