Associate Business Operations

In Flutter COO we work with experts across Flutter to build deploy and communicate the Flutter Edge. Together we cover Product & Payments Technology Sportsbook Product & Trading People Property Corporate Communications and Strategic Partnerships & Transformation.

Role Purpose

The Associate Business Operations role will support the Director of Transformation and Operations CISO in portfolio management and business operations. This role will help develop and execute processes that improve the organizational maturity of the Global Cyber team. Success in this position will require collaborating with a diverse group of security and technology professionals and a desire to learn about their mission areas. This role is a good opportunity for someone with a security background looking to further develop their business skills.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Support the creation tracking and reporting of Objectives and Key Results for the Global Cyber team

• Support the preparation and facilitation of monthly reviews of cyber programs with the CISO

• Lead initiatives to improve team morale and information sharing

• Support the planning and execution of all hands and offsites

• Execute work through clear repeatable processes

• Establish strong working relationships across the Global Cyber team to facilitate the execution of the day-to-day responsibilities

• Support and deliver other key projects within the Cyber team as assigned

Skills & Capabilities

• Comfortable working with a diverse group of global stakeholders and ability to adapt to different styles of communication

• Excellent time management and planning skills to minimize last minute data calls or taskings

• Ability to work on own initiative with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and locations

• Strong PowerPoint skills

• Knowledge of Confluence and/or Jira a plus

• Comfortable soliciting feedback and evolving process and approach accordingly

• Comfortable asking questions and calling out areas of misalignment or concern

• Comfortable adapting to a changing environment

• Ability to take an expected outcome and develop a proposal for how to accomplish it

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of relevant experience

• Experience working in security or technology
