At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) were seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN/Program Supervisor to join our team in Jacksonville NC at the Facility Based Crisis Center.

Your Role in Our Mission

As the Registered Nurse / Program Supervisor you will be in charge of quality improvement and compliance team training as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies for your location. The Program Supervisor provides direct supervision of the team; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral leadership position.

This position follows a Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs.

We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.

What Were Looking For

  • Current and valid North Carolina Registered Nursing (RN) license is required.
  • Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in substance use
  • Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
