Job Summary
Nature and Scope
Were looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions in our clinic setting. Youll help track gaps in care arrange follow-ups support patient education and collaborate with primary and specialty providers to improve health outcomes.
Location
We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road Quincy CA 95971.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $46.18 $65.84 (based on clinical pay scale)
Job Status / Shift Information
- Part-time benefited
- Standard clinic daytime schedule
Qualifications
- Active California RN License
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- 3 years in acute care urgent care or outpatient/family practice
- Strong EMR skills ability to organize triage and communicate clearly
