The Technical Director/Chief Engineer is the principal technical authority responsible for the design integration and technical excellence of all software AI/ML and enterprise solutions. This leader ensures that technical strategies align with mission goals and that innovative secure and scalable solutions are delivered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and integration of advanced software architectures AI/ML systems and enterprise IT solutions.
Establish and enforce technical standards best practices and quality benchmarks across all project teams.
Guide the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance security and scalability.
Oversee technical risk assessments troubleshooting and resolution of complex engineering challenges.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate mission needs into actionable technical requirements and solutions.
Mentor and develop engineering staff fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Ensure compliance with all security data rights and performance requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 10 years experience in technical leadership roles with a focus on software architecture AI/ML and enterprise integration.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects in secure environments.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work).
Ability to deploy globally as required by mission needs.
