Mitigation Production Manager
Purpose
- Manage and delegate the starting and completion of emergency services projects
- Train and coach team members that emergency services projects
- Communicate with customers frequently on status
- Recruit Schedule and Manage vendors and sub-contractors
- Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners
- Conflict resolution with carriers property owners vendors and tradesmen
- Monitor job sites for safety issues quality and for training opportunities
- Attend industry related trainings and industry association events
- Practice the Paul Davis Values Vision Mission and 10 Serving Basics
- Manage mitigation contents and environmental cleaning projects
- Must be knowledgeable in Xactimate and Symbility Estimating as well as Restoration Industry
- Must be able to build and lead a Team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated to get results
- Succinct and professional in verbal and written communication
