Job Summary

Job Title: Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon

Join our dynamic healthcare team at a leading medical center in Langhorne PA where we are seeking a dedicated Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon for hospital-based rounding coverage. This facility is equipped with 16 operating rooms and serves a diverse patient demographic including adults and geriatrics. Your expertise will be crucial in providing exceptional surgical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide hospital-based cardiovascular surgery coverage during nights and weekends
Perform a variety of surgical procedures including aneurysm repairs carotid artery endarterectomies and femoral bypass surgeries
Conduct endovascular therapies for peripheral artery disease and gangrene of the limbs
Treat additional vascular conditions such as vascular malformations and lymphedema
Participate in 24-hour surgical call coverage
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

Board Certified in Vascular Surgery (Required)
Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship (Required)
Active Pennsylvania medical license (Required)
BLS & ACLS Certification (Required)
Clean malpractice history (Required)
Local provider preferred

License and Certification Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania physician license
Board Certification in Vascular Surgery
BLS and ACLS Certification
