Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technicianto join our End User Computing team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations and delivering exceptional support to our executive leadership team.

Looking for at least 15 years of IT experience and 10 years of desktop support technician experience providing white glove service to C-suite executives. The position is based onsite at Shelton CT office

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
  • 15 years of related experience.
  • Must have experience inPC/Laptop buildand PCrefreshofWindows and Maclaptops.
  • Musthave experience infixing hardware issuesrelated toPC / LaptopandITaccessories.
  • Must have experience in handling Video Conferenceconfiguration and troubleshooting.
  • KnowledgeinActive Directory (ADDS) SCCM Azure ADMicrosoftIntuneandJAMFPro.
  • Knowledgeofsecurity patching softwarepackaging& deployment.
  • Knowledgein mobile device management
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide white-glove IT supportto C-suite executives and senior leadership
  • PC/Laptop desksidesupportBreak fixsupportandPC Refresh
  • Repair test image and clean PCs laptops monitorsprintersand other relatedhardware
  • Configure the workspace asrequested.
  • Maintain hardware assetmanagementand recommend laptop procurementto meet theorganizationsneeds.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors torepairandtest hardware.
  • Manage video conference rooms. Configuration software updates hardware issues. Readinesshealth checks for all major events /meetings
  • Provide hand andfeetsupport whenrequired.
  • Provide support to network team in troubleshooting issues withnetwork hardware.
  • Support desktop engineeringteamin imaging and testing new configurationchanges.
  • Managemobiles(iOS and Android)hardware assets.
