We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support professionals to join international projects supporting well-known global brands. This is a great opportunity to live and work in Portugal gain international experience and grow your career in a dynamic multicultural environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone email chat or social media ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing leading international brands.

Requirements

• Dutch: C2 level

• English: B2 level or higher

• EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Availability to work rotating shifts (depending on the project)

Salary

• Approximately 1250 gross per month Perf. Bonus (depending on the project and experience)
