Your Role:
As a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist you will be the main point of contact for customers providing professional high-quality assistance and ensuring a positive experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Norwegian-speaking customers via phone email and chat
- Deliver clear friendly and solution-focused support
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal processes
- Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence
What Were Looking For:
- Native or fluent Norwegian speaker
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
