Job Summary
We are currently seeking a full-time Field Technician to join our GR2 team for our Orlando FL; Memphis TN; Dallas TX or Houston TXoffice. As a Field Technician you will be responsible for maintaining equipment organization stock levels and cleanliness of the work area while supporting Project Managers and Supervisors on assigned field tasks. You will also provide labor mechanical and electrical support to our clients and their facilities. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position you will:
- Provide labor and operate small equipment on field service jobs.
- Maintain the operations of facility equipment.
- Stock clean and organize the shop.
- Support project managers and supervisors on assigned field tasks.
- Traveling to client sites requires extensive travel.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background check for access to on-site federal locations.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to work outdoors in harsh environments.
- Availability to work long shifts including nights and weekends.
- Ability to obtain an OSHA 40-hour certificate and/or an 8-hour refresher course.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong mechanical mindset.
- Industrial & Aerospace experience.
- Commissioning & decommissioning.
- Lead & Asbestos remediation experience.
- Industrial coatings applications.
- OSHA 40-hour certification.
