Drive filed XLD (Extra Long Down) into tangible solution and engage CS Central & local team to deliver and implement XLD solution package on systems through XLD strategic analysis reporting and product roadmap
1) Taiwan all XLD cases input data quality management via weekly call with local team and XLD intake improvement proposal IRM process development & solution management
2) XLD Top-X issue data management and report update to the customer and management bi-weekly wrap up bi-weekly XLD intake post follow up action to drive close loop XLD improvement action then connect with WS PL to drive solution plan with Central
3) Solution golden package preparation and implantation makes plans in cooperation with the customer to actively implement solutions it terms of Patches FCA FCOs etc in order to optimize the machine performance.
4) Machine performance related XLD issues are being addressed and coordinated until solved to ensure that the machine performance target(s) criteria are met.
5) Recommends return of investments proposals to customer for applicable solutions.
Bachelor or Master of Science/ Engineering
2 years of experiences as a 2nd Line Engineer (for internal candidates) or Lithography equipment (for external candidates).
Project Handling skill
Programming skill in excel/power BI
