Job Summary
Truly Green Farms is seeking a motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude to join our team.
What Youll Do:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas including offices washrooms break rooms and greenhouse spaces.
- Sweep mop vacuum and sanitize floors and surfaces regularly.
- Dispose of trash and recycling according to company procedures.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any maintenance issues.
- Follow all company protocols safety standards and SOPs.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to keep the facility safe clean and organized.
Who Were Looking For:
- Positive enthusiastic and dependable
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing bending lifting up to 30 lbs. and repetitive movements
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures (training provided)
- Willing to learn and grow in a team environment
- Comfortable working indoors and in greenhouse/industrial conditions
- Team player with a strong work ethic
