Job Summary

What Youll Do:
- Customer Acquisition & Marketing: Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to implement local sales and marketing strategies and identify local partners to strengthen the Tribera brand experience.
- Customer Care & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through community building prompt response to resident inquiries and complaints and maintaining a stable living environment.
- Facility Management: Work closely with external suppliers and the Corporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of the property.
- Operational Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting adhering to MILESTONEs business compliance guidelines.
- Quality & Safety: Implement quality management measures including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure residents safety through regular drills and access control.
Your profile
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience at MILESTONE or 2-5 years in a similar hospitality management role such as Resident Manager Front Office Manager or Room Division Manager.
- People Skills: A strong ability to work with diverse teams and create a positive collaborative environment for both residents and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of precision and organizational skills with a strong affinity for administrative tasks and data management.
- Communication Skills: Fluency Dutch in (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) with additional languages a plus.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams with the ability to drive performance and provide training and support.
