Responsibilities

Ensure Client Safety

  • Supervisionof client emotional and physical safety
  • Maintainpersonal and professional boundaries

Align and Operate within the Treatment Teams Approach for Each Client

  • Attend to daily Treatment Team direction for updates on client treatmentprotocol application
  • Communicate andcollaboratewith supervisors and cliniciansregardingclient issuesand notable progress
  • Document client progress notes daily

Provide Quality and Engaging Client Services

  • Encourage client engagementinactivities of daily living (ADLs)and coping skill applications
  • Coach and develop client social skills
  • Planandfacilitateclient activitiesin art music yoga fitness and a variety of other on and off campus activities

Grow and Develop with the Residential Team!

  • Practice agrowth mindset with focus and application of the company core values
  • Integratespecialized trainings
  • Enjoy and contribute to ongoingprofessionaldevelopment and growth

Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent ;associates or bachelors in human services psychology criminal justice or related fielda plus but not a requirement!
  • Abilityto pass pre-employment drug screenin concordancewithMontana state laws
  • Abilityto passfederal and statebackground checks
  • CurrentMontanadrivers licenseor ability to obtain a Montana drivers license upon hire
  • Ability to perform CPR and First Aid - Training provided
  • Ability to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical interventions as needed
  • Preferred -one year of experienceworking with adolescent populations
  • Ability to plan implement and adjust toprogram or daily adjustments
