Your main responsibilities in this role would be:
- Provide financial review and approval support for channel rebate incentive and pricing support programs across European countries
- Manage the end-to-end tracking accrual and settlement of channel rebates and incentives ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to channel sales teams delivering channel performance and profitability analysis
- Support internal control and compliance related to channel commercial models rebates and incentive policies
- Collaborate with Sales Legal Compliance Tax and HQ Finance teams in a multi-country multi-currency environment
Your profile
- Above bachelor degree in accounting finance tax or equivalent. Holder of ACCA/CFA/CPA/CIMA is a plus.
- Atleast5year of relevant professional experience inGermanypreferablyinmultinationalcompaniesdoing trading/distribution/project-base/servicing cross EU Big four auditing firms.
- Familiar withHGB(GermanGAAP)and IFRSGermantaxation.
- Highly proficiency in spoken and writtenGerman(C1)and English (B2).Mandarinis a plus.
- Prior experience in SAP or other ERP systems is aMust.
- Business-finance integration mindset and strong commercial acumeninterpersonaland communicationskillsbeingabletomanagepressureunderwork.
- Willing to work onsite in Munich office.
