Koa Sports is seeking a seasonal intern for our Flag Football Camp Operations Internship. This position is from May 2026 - August 2026. This position is both in office (Rockville) and on-field (Rockville Olney Kensington).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn Koas systems (Shiftplanning/Humanity TeamSnap Flickr Google Docs/Sheets Canva Wordpress)
- Comfortable can make flag football camp and league sale calls/emails
- Inventory and organize flag football wearables and equipment
- Master Koa Flag Football League Rules to be able to help officiate coach and lead during summer camp games
- Help run drop-off and pick-up procedures on site at camp
- Assist with all camp operations such as organizing contact information creating camper bags filing health records inventory equipment completing various projects and attending all meetings
- Available to work during camp hours (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:15pm)
- Assist program directors both in the office and on the fields as needed
- Assist in the operations and management of the facilities
Qualifications:
- Must be a college student interested in Coaching Business Sport Management field
- Experience working with kids
- Organized and motivated
- Responsive via email (within 24 hours)
- Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone
Pay: College Credit ONLY - This is a non-paid position.
*Please note there is an opportunity to coach within our flag program which will be paid hours.
Please note interviews will begin in January 2026
