Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Aide in Highland Township this role you will provide compassionate and professional care to our clients in their homes ensuring their comfort safety and well-being. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Monitor clients conditions and report any changes to the supervisory team.
- Maintain a clean safe and healthy environment in clients homes.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients homes in Highland Township MI.
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to pass background checks
- Physical ability to perform required duties including lifting and assisting clients.
