Your impact will include:

• assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming toileting dressing eating and mobility
  
  

• observing and reporting changes in residents health to licensed nurses
  
  

• obtain and document vital signs
  
  

• supporting residents physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency
  
  

• transporting lifting and repositioning residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
  
  

• maintaining clean and safe resident environments including restocking and sanitizing areas
  
  

• assisting with isolation procedures and following all infection control protocols
  
  

• collaborating with nurses therapists and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery
  
  

• current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing)
  
  

• strong attention to detail and observation skills
  
  

• ability to work independently or as part of a team
  
  

• reliable flexible and committed to resident-centered care
  
  

• excellent communication skills with residents families and staff
  
  

• empathy respect and professionalism in every interaction

• physical ability to lift move and assist residents as needed
