Maintenance Mechanic

Overview:
Were looking for a skilledMaintenance Mechanicto keep our high-speed manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting fixing problems and keeping production moving. Youll work closely with plant leadership and machine operators to maintain repair and improve our equipment and operations.

Job Description:
Perform preventative predictive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and basic electrical systems
Assist machine operators during equipment startup and production issues
Diagnose problems quickly to minimize downtime
Perform equipment installations adjustments and calibrations
Use hand tools welders (stick required) cutting torch and grinders to make repairs and fabricate parts
Train and assist coworkers with routine maintenance tasks
Work with the Plant Manager and General Managerto improve reliability safety and efficiency
Help maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with mechanical repairs hydraulics pneumatics and basic electrical systems
Stick welding experience required (MIG/TIG a plus)
Ability to work safely and follow all environmental health and safety standards
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Reliable motivated and punctual
Comfortable with a flexible schedule including overtime and Saturdays when needed
Able to communicate and follow instructions in English as required by safety and job performance standard
Pay & Benefits:
$29 $32 per hour based on experience
