Job Summary
QuickfirmX is hiring Outbound Sales Agents on behalf of Naos Solutions Outbound Telesales role in Maadi. You ll handle outbound customer calls and drive sales while ensuring a professional and high-quality interaction with clients.
As an Outbound Sales Agent at Naos Solutions you will:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and present products or services.
Drive sales targets while maintaining a professional friendly and persuasive communication style.
Follow internal sales processes and quality guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions.
Collaborate with team leaders to improve sales strategies and achieve goals.
Requirements
Graduates or gap year candidates only
English level: A2 BASIC
Voice clarity is a must
No prior experience required full training provided
Must be able to work on-site in Maadi
Shifts: Day shift 11 AM 7 PM 5 days/week (Thursday & Friday off)
Benefits
Basic Salary: 8000 EGP Gross
Incentives: 1000 EGP Gross
Target/KPI Bonus: 50 EGP Gross
Transport: None n/a

Paid Training: Included
Probation: 1 month in arrears

Final Interview: Conducted onsite with Naos Solutions based on the company s internal requirements
