Youll collaborate directly with our engineering teams to ensure high-quality reliable data - while focusing on analytics data modeling stakeholder support and translating business needs into actionable insights. YOUR MISSION
Insight & Analytics
Structure and analyze game marketing and monetization data to generate actionable metrics insights and recommendations
Build efficient and well-structured data models to power scalable metrics that can serve multiple tools and processes for leveraging data in decision making processes.
Partner with stakeholders (studios finance marketing leadership) to understand business needs and translate them into clear analytical questions and the metrics that can help
Identify trends anomalies and opportunities across millions of players
Data Foundations
Work closely with Data Engineers to shape data models maintain high data quality and define analytical requirements
Contribute to the development of reliable metrics KPIs and definitions across the group
Support the integration of game and product data into the central data platform
Tools & Collaboration
Write efficient SQL queries and perform in-depth exploratory analysis
Use Python for analytical tasks automation and small-scale data workflows
Document analytical logic and ensure clarity across distributed teamsAdvocate for data best practices and help elevate analytical maturity across studios
YOUR BACKSTORY
35 years of experience as a Data Analyst Product Analyst BI Analyst or similar
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large data sets
Experience with dbt and/or modern data stack concepts
Experience with BI/visualization tools (Looker Tableau Power BI)
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and KPI
Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
A product mindset: you care about impact not just numbers
Experience working cross-functionally in international environments
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Semantic Layer-based tools for self-serve (Looker Hex Steep)
Comfortable using Python for analytics automations or data exploration
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake BigQuery Redshift AWS/GCP/Azure)
Background in gaming analytics product analytics or player behavior analysis
Exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing)
