Job Summary

Autolivs primary goal is to Save More Lives. Autoliv is committed to saving lives and shaping a more sustainable future. As part of our global decarbonization journey we are strengthening our supply chain sustainability capabilities. We are now looking for a Supply Chain Sustainability Senior Specialist with expertise in non-ferrous materials and a passion for GHG emissions reduction to join our team.

In this position you will play a key role in driving Autolivs global sustainability and supply chain transformation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering purchasing sustainability product development and global commodity teams to identify evaluate and implement projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions across our supply chainparticularly within non-ferrous material categories (e.g. aluminum zinc magnesium).

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards your role will involve:

Lead and support global projects focused on GHG emissions reduction within Autolivs supply chain with an emphasis on non-ferrous materials.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sustainability strategies with material sourcing product development and supplier roadmaps.

Analyze material flows carbon footprints and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for low-carbon alternatives and circularity.

Support the development of long-term strategies for low-carbon material sourcing and supply chain resilience.

Collaborate with suppliers on decarbonization initiatives and track project performance.

Provide data-driven insights to support internal reporting and external sustainability commitments.

Functional Competencies: Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional global initiatives.

Understanding of life-cycle assessment (LCA) GHG accounting or material decarbonization strategies is a plus.

Personal Characteristics Enabling Success: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

Education: Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain Engineering Materials Science Sustainability or related fields.

Previous Experience: Supply chain management sustainability or materials engineeringpreferably with exposure to non-ferrous materials.
