Job Summary

Salary: 70000 GTM London
Location: Hybrid (2 / 3 days in the office)

native has been building for 10 years but were still very much a startup: fast-moving ambitious and building with intent. Were creating the infrastructure that connects students Students Unions universities and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers we offer meaningful measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity:

As a Demand Generation Lead you will support the end-to-end Advertiser GTM motion across the UK and the US. Youll be responsible for how we define package position and activate our advertiser-facing products - and for building a rhythm that drives year-round demand and revenue.

Youll manage and develop a cross-functional pod of two direct reports and youll be comfortable switching between high-level direction and hands-on execution to keep momentum strong.

This is a role for someone who is commercially sharp structured in their thinking and steady through change. Your work will shape how native scales.

What youll be working on:

As a Demand Generation Lead youll be responsible for...

  • Delivering sustained advertiser demand and revenue growth improving fill and yield across key product lines.

  • Own and optimise the advertiser GTM system - how we define package position activate and measure our products across the UK and US.

  • Identify and prioritise growth bets - deciding where we focus which audiences and marketing programs we emphasise and what we stop doing.

  • Building and managing the growth model - scenario planning and using data to guide direction where possible.

  • Lead and empower the team - by creating clarity accountability and pace while giving people ownership and runway.

  • Stepping into the work as needed - writing briefs refining positioning reshaping decks or tightening processes - to keep things moving.

  • Holding the bar for how we show up - ensuring propositions and narratives are clear consistent and compelling enough to convert.

Youll bring vision structure and operational discipline to a fast-growing function. You know how to scale people-driven operations and balance commercial priorities with quality compliance and culture.

Specifically you will bring:

  • Be comfortable moving between strategy and execution - knowing when to zoom out and when to get hands-on.

  • Hold a high bar for outcomes - measuring success by results not activity.
