Join a dynamic award-winning architecture and interiors practice as a Business Development Marketing and Communications (BDMC) Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the studios profile and supporting its growth across London Manchester and Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and design bid documents presentations and marketing collateral for architecture and interiors projects
- Maintain and update the website intranet and photography archive
- Organise and oversee professional photography shoots
- Plan and deliver engaging events for clients and collaborators
- Keep marketing materials current and aligned with brand standards
- Provide administrative support to the BDMC team when required
- Minimum two years experience in work-winning marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign
- Strong attention to detail in both written and visual work
- Experience in bid document preparation
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Clear confident communication skills across all levels
- Interest in architecture and design
- Degree in a relevant subject desirable but not essential
