- Participate in global rollouts and assist with the deployment of new technologies to enhance client infrastructure and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems as well as common desktop software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Dutch B2 certified required
- Driving license required
