Job Summary

Tasks

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users resolving hardware and software issues on desktops laptops and mobile devices.
  • Install configure and maintain operating systems applications and hardware components to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and service partners to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure seamless data communication.
  • Document and track support requests resolutions and recurring issues to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in global rollouts and assist with the deployment of new technologies to enhance client infrastructure and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems as well as common desktop software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Dutch B2 certified required
  • Driving license required
