Job Summary

Oracle Apps Finance Techno-Functional Lead

Tulsa OK (Onsite 3days/week)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design development and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
Partner with Finance Accounting and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions interfaces conversions and reports (RICE components).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers ensuring adherence to best practices coding standards and project timelines.
Manage system configurations performance tuning and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Lead and support EBS upgrades patches and integrations with other enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and deployment procedures.
Ensure compliance with SOX security and data governance standards in financial systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance automation and scalability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Finance Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
10 years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience with at least 5 years in a Lead Or Senior Developer role.
Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL AP AR FA CM SLA).
Proficiency in Oracle SQL PL/SQL Oracle Forms/Reports BI Publisher Workflow and OA Framework.
Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions).
Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades patches and integrations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of SOX compliance IT controls and financial system security best practices.
