Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid Onsite (TX/NY/NJ/VA/IA/PA/GA/OH/MN/AZ/NC etc)

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design develop and support customized Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development integrations and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components
Customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
Implement and maintain workflows process builders flows and validation rules
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with external systems
Create and maintain custom objects fields reports and dashboards
Perform unit testing and support deployment activities
Collaborate with business analysts admins and QA teams
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer
Hands-on expertise with Apex Visualforce and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles roles permission sets)
Experience with SOQL/SOSL
Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices
Experience with Git and deployment tools (Change Sets Salesforce DX)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST SOAP middleware)
Knowledge of Salesforce clouds (Sales Service Experience Marketing)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Prior experience in enterprise or regulated environments

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
