Position: MuleSoft Architect

Job Description
Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor MuleSoft developers ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Define integration architecture and guide the team through design and implementation phases.
Solution Design & Delivery:
- Architect scalable secure and reusable MuleSoft APIs for Salesforce CRM and related systems.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to align integration solutions with business and IT strategies.
Data Integration:
- Design and implement data synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Optimize data flows for performance reliability and scalability.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows for CRM integrations.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with Salesforce teams business analysts and QA teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration roadmaps.
Monitoring & Optimization:
- Establish monitoring logging and alerting strategies for MuleSoft applications. Drive performance tuning and proactive issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager Runtime Manager DataWeave).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM APIs (REST/SOAP) and data model.
- Proficiency in integration protocols (REST SOAP JSON XML).
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex integration projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes). Preferred
Qualifications:
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or marketing automation tools. Knowledge of API governance and best practices.
