Job Summary

Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Attorney who is committed to delivering outstanding results while providing compassionate high-quality legal this role you will work directly with clients earning their trust through clear communication empathy and consistent follow-through.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships providing regular case updates and communicating with insurance companies regarding claims demands and offers. This position is well suited for an attorney who values client advocacy takes ownership of their work and thrives in a collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss their cases and build trust through compassionate communication
Provide clients with timely updates on case progress claims demands and offers
Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable outcomes
Evaluate claims and contribute to effective case strategies
Demonstrate professionalism accountability and strong client advocacy
Work collaboratively within a team while managing responsibilities efficiently

Requirements and Experience:

Full-time availability
3 years of experience preferred
Member of the Missouri Bar and in good standing (required)
Member of the Illinois Bar and in good standing (required)
Willingness to obtain licensure in Wisconsin (required)
Experience evaluating claims and case value
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proactive solution-oriented mindset
Team-oriented with a professional approach
