Job Summary

Workday Integrations lead//Onsite (Edison NJ)

12 Months contract

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active Workday Integrations Certification is mandatory.
Demonstrated expert-level proficiency with Workday Studio is essential.
Proven in-depth experience with the entire Workday integration toolset: EIBs Core Connectors (HCM Payroll Benefits) and Cloud Connect.
Strong practical knowledge of web service technologies (REST SOAP WSDL) and data structures (XML JSON).
Mastery of XSLT for complex data transformations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to dissect and resolve complex time-sensitive technical issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred (Good to Have) Qualifications:

Experience building applications with Workday Extend.
Knowledge of or experience with Workday Prism Analytics for data blending and reporting.
Experience with BIRT for custom reporting layouts.
Functional knowledge of Workday HCM Payroll or Financials.
