The 1% Club is Indias leading platform for financial freedom with more than 50k members across 100 cities. Our core strategy revolves around raising financial awareness through targeted content creation and effectively channeling a high-intent audience towards financial services.

It is Founded by Sharan Hegde and Raghav Gupta (co-founder and CEO at Futurense Technology). The 1% Club aims to transform the education space for money management and personal finance. The larger goal being to ensure that The 1% Club members reach the top 1% of India and achieve Financial less than two years weve managed to launch and scale our EdTech vertical secure our RIA SEBI license & RA License and build an 8M strong online following of Indias English-speaking middle class.

Key Responsibilities :-

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Engagement
Execute engagement activities feedback loops and team events to boost morale and retention.

HR Operations & Innovation
Take ownership of HR processes suggest improvements and bring data-driven insights using Excel.

HR Adminstration
Handling administrative records related to facility maintenance and external vendors.

Qualifications :-
Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field (preferred)
Strong passion for people culture and talent development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive self-driven and ownership-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with HR data
