Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Install maintain troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning systems air handling units (AHU) water chiller systems and ventilation systems.
Perform diagnostic testing and measurements using equipment such as temperature sensors pressure sensors and solenoid valves.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities including filter replacement coil cleaning periodic inspections and refrigerant level checks.
Propose maintenance plans and recommend spare parts required for maintenance activities.
Comply with safety procedures including LOTO procedures safe work practices and company regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

Education

Intermediate degree or higher in Industrial Refrigeration HVAC or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience working in the industrial refrigeration or HVAC field preferably in factory environments.

Knowledge Requirements

Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
Knowledge of measurement and instrumentation devices such as flow meters pressure transmitters level sensors and temperature sensors.
HVAC certification is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience working in coffee manufacturing plants is an advantage.
