Job Summary

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer with proven experience in AI-driven solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein Agent force).
The ideal candidate will design optimize and implement prompt strategies for generative AI models ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and delivering measurable business impact.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce certifications (Administrator Platform App Builder AI Specialist).
Familiarity with Copado Antirabbit and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and integration patterns.

Prompt Design Optimization

Develop test and refine prompts for AI models to achieve accurate context-aware outputs.
Create reusable prompt libraries and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
Salesforce AI Integration Leverage Salesforce Einstein and Agent force for predictive analytics conversational AI and automation.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects to embed AI-driven workflows into CRM Enablement Governance
Define best practices for prompt engineering across teams.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Managerial Responsibilities
Lead and mentor team members fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.
Oversee project planning budgeting and governance for AI-related programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with developers architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions on effective prompt engineering.
