About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant within Human Resources (HR) Governance and Workforce Relations (GWR) as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team. This individual contributor role will partner with CAR leadership on complex high-priority initiatives to drive process evolution optimization and compliance with applicable addition the role will support the design and delivery of analytics and reporting programs that enable GWR and HR partners to drive effective business operations.

CAR is responsible for providing actionable information through (1) the identification of emerging risks themes and trends (2) day-to-day operational analytics and reporting; (3) executive analytics and reporting; and (4) risk regulatory and audit analytics and reporting.
