About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant within Human Resources (HR) Governance and Workforce Relations (GWR) as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team. This individual contributor role will partner with CAR leadership on complex high-priority initiatives to drive process evolution optimization and compliance with applicable addition the role will support the design and delivery of analytics and reporting programs that enable GWR and HR partners to drive effective business operations.

Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR)

CAR is responsible for providing actionable information through (1) the identification of emerging risks themes and trends (2) day-to-day operational analytics and reporting; (3) executive analytics and reporting; and (4) risk regulatory and audit analytics and reporting.

In this role you will:

  • Understanding the Service Now application and processes to educate analytic community communicate application/process enhancements and support implementation of application enhancements into database design.
  • Leading the business requirements design and document functional systems design in support of database initiatives
  • Creating documentation for training help resolve questions and recommend changes
  • Working within Agile process by leveraging Jira tools for database design implementation submission of data questions and intake requests
  • Communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats
  • Driving the completion of multiple concurrent tasks with aggressive time frames
  • Collaborating across people processes and technology/tools within a highly intensive and complex data environment


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • SAS or SQL programming experience
  • Teradata or Oracle database experience
  • Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of data modeling techniques.
  • Experience building and managing an advanced analytical function preferably at a large financial institution.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration coordination influencing and matrix management skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to understand risks and integration/interdependency of risks.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and manage change.
  • Experience documenting non-technical business requirements and translating into technical requirement.
  • Experience implementing Agile processes leveraging Jira tools and partnering with Scrum Masters.
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform including proficiency in core functionality and querying data using ServiceNow reporting tools
