Be the feasibility guru.Youllhelpdeterminewhatspossible within the realities of budget timing and scopeand how to make it great anyway.
Team up across the agency.Youllcollaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors copywriters designers account management project managers editors and animators.
Mentor with heart.Youllguide junior talent and share your production wisdom to help the whole department level up.
Buildadream roster.Youllmaintaina trusted network of partners and go-to resources for any kind of production challenge.
Run big integrated productions (<$1M)Youlloversee multi-discipline teams vendorprocurementand management and ensureoverall quality of workofmultiple deliverables and multiple workstreams.
PartnerwithBusiness Affairs.Youllworkhand-in-handwith BAfrom concept to delivery. Youunderstand AICP and AICE bid formats inside and out.Youllbe the first stop for permits releases usage terms and otherrightsclearances.Youlltrack and actualize production budgets.
NavigateSAG-AFTRA.Youllapply comprehensive knowledge of talent guidelines usage and payments to keep everything compliant and smooth.
Keep everything moving.Meetings notes status reports task lists deadline trackingyoullbe the organizational backbone.Internally and externallyyoullmake sure everyone knowswhatshappening why and what comes next.

Qualifications
6 yearsminimumagency experiencewithdemonstratedsenior level work.
Demonstrated experience producing large productions (>1mil) including development of production specs leading projects from pre-production through final delivery
Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and proposingproduction solutions that push the quality of work forward
Endlessly curious production-obsessed and always chasing clever solutions

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices currently located in Chicago metro Detroit Los Angeles and New York City are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients which may include attendance in an office.
Theannualsalary range for this positionis $94000 - $152375.Placement within the salary rangeis based on a variety of factorsincluding relevant experience knowledge skills and other factors permitted by law.
