Front Desk Administrator Dental Office
Full-Time Multiple Locations Training Provided
We are a growing multi-location dental practice seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time desk-based administrative role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone comfortable working on a computer throughout the day and motivated to grow in a professional healthcare environment.
All experience levels are welcome. We provide full training on dental terminology software and insurance. What matters most is strong administrative aptitude communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

- Is organized reliable and able to problem-solve independently
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Present treatment plans and explain insurance benefits at a high level
- Collect copays and payments at the time of service
- Verify insurance eligibility and maintain accurate patient records
- Work closely with clinical and management teams to keep daily operations running smoothly
Training & Support
- Paid training on dental software terminology and insurance processes
- Ongoing support from leadership and experienced team members
