Front Desk Administrator Dental Office

Full-Time Multiple Locations Training Provided

We are a growing multi-location dental practice seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time desk-based administrative role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone comfortable working on a computer throughout the day and motivated to grow in a professional healthcare environment.

All experience levels are welcome. We provide full training on dental terminology software and insurance. What matters most is strong administrative aptitude communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

  • Is comfortable sitting at a computer for most of the workday
  • Can manage a high volume of phone calls and multitask efficiently

  • Is not afraid to collect copays and payments at time of service
  • Is organized reliable and able to problem-solve independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound phone calls
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Present treatment plans and explain insurance benefits at a high level
  • Collect copays and payments at the time of service
  • Verify insurance eligibility and maintain accurate patient records
  • Work closely with clinical and management teams to keep daily operations running smoothly
