About the Role
Were hiring a full-stack Software Engineer to help build the foundational systems that power new patient acquisition channels support early complex partnerships and enable experimentation in emerging markets. Youll join a newly formed nimble and highly executive-aligned team where engineering work directly influences strategic direction and company-wide growth.
This role is fully full-stack: youll work across backend services (Python/Flask) and frontend applications (React/TypeScript). You should be comfortable shipping production code across the stack collaborating with engineering leads on architectural patterns and iterating quickly as new opportunities emerge.

Hybrid Commitment: $182000$227000 USD Annually
Fully Remote Commitment: $152000$190000 USD Annually
This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC San Francisco or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 23 times per year (e.g. company and department offsites).
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors including relevant experience qualifications and the candidates working location.
