Job Summary

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Execute and process X-ray examinations utilizing portable digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) systems ensuring timely submission for radiologist interpretation.

- Operate and transport portable X-ray apparatus to designated facilities to conduct physician-ordered procedures ensuring the acquisition of clinically diagnostic and technically accurate radiographic images.

- Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) as necessary and relay results to a cardiologist for evaluation if required.

- Digitally scan and archive examination-related paperwork and billing documentation daily adhering to established protocols.

- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and management to facilitate efficient operations.

- Interact professionally and effectively with peers supervisory staff and clients ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

- Uphold the maintenance and operational readiness of the vehicle and X-ray equipment.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

- Possess and maintain required state licenses and/or ARRT certification along with adherence to health and operational requirements.

- Hold a valid drivers license in compliance with state requirements and maintain good standing at all times.

**CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:**

ARRT Certification- State License Requirements: California
