We are looking for a talented Administrative Officer to join our team where you will contribute to managing office operations supporting smooth inter-departmental coordination and ensuring efficient administrative processes across the agency.


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day virtual office operations including correspondence digital filing and record-keeping.

  • Organize online meetings appointments and virtual company events ensuring schedules run smoothly.

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance digital resources and other administrative documentation.

  • Support communication and coordination between departments remotely to ensure workflow efficiency.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general office queries and staff support.

  • Prepare reports presentations and updates for management as needed.

  • Assist in implementing internal projects and virtual administrative initiatives.

  • Stay informed about best practices in office management and administrative processes to improve efficiency.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or related field.

  • 13 years of experience in administrative or office support.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with email and project management tools.

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently.

  • Detail-oriented and accurate.

  • Flexible adaptable and proactive team player.
