HR Knowledge Analyst
Contract role in the insurance industry for an HR professional with experience in content and knowledge management. Support global HR operations by maintaining a high-visibility knowledge base collaborating across departments and contributing to major transformation and AI initiatives. Hybrid work. Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of HR knowledge content including intake updates and annual audits.
Provide expert guidance to content owners ensuring clarity accuracy and alignment with content strategy.
Lead collaborative efforts with HR and business stakeholders to assess content and training impacts for various projects.
Execute a new content strategy to prepare for platform transition ensuring future-state readiness.
Ensure all content meets compliance standards and follows documented governance procedures.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes and approvals.
Collaborate on educational initiatives by supporting the development of training content for the AskHR contact center.
What you will need to succeed:
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Business Communications or English.
3 years of experience in an HR-related role or in content/knowledge management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Ability to adapt content for diverse global audiences.
Experience with Salesforce SharePoint and Workday is considered an asset.
