Job Overview:
IIQAF Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (Hospitality) to drive revenue growth and expand client partnerships across Canadas hospitality sector. The successful candidate will have strong experience in sales business development client acquisition account management and hospitality industry partnerships with a proven ability to close deals and grow market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality industry
- Build and manage relationships with hotels resorts restaurants and hospitality groups
- Execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and lead generation
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and contracts
- Negotiate pricing terms and service agreements
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing recruitment and operations teams
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs
- Represent IIQAF Group at industry events client meetings and networking sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive Sales Executive or Account Manager
- Strong background in hospitality sales or hospitality business development
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality Management or related field
- Existing network within the Canadian hospitality industry
- Experience with B2B sales partnerships and corporate accounts
- Willingness to travel within Canada as required
