Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform collision repairs including frame straightening welding filling sanding.
- Assess damaged vehicles and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Work closely with insurance adjusters estimators to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in a clean and functional condition.
- Ensure all repairs meet industry quality standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Collision/Body Shop Technician or similar role Must have a minimum of 3 years of collision experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques tools and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals blueprints and schematics.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
