Core Responsibilities
Manage high-volume incoming phone calls from individuals ready to contribute.
Process all financial and personal information with the utmost security and attention to detail.
Effectively communicate mission-related information to the public.
Maintain professionalism and clarity in all donor interactions.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/equivalent.
Minimum of six months experience in a virtual call center or one year in a physical call center setting.
Proven ability to work independently while contributing positively to a remote team.
Must pass a thorough background check.
Your Home Office Must Include:
PC: Dedicated Windows 11 PC.
Audio: Professional USB headset.
Internet: Reliable wired internet access.
Pay Rate & Progression
Initial Hourly Rate: $12 to $15
Qualified Hourly Rate: $17.99 (Achieved after successful initial period)
