Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take a strategic leadership role in a thriving ambitious practice
Our client a highly regarded law firm with an expanding presence in Kent offers you the platform to lead high-value transactions develop the practice and deliver tailored advice to major clients and high net worth individuals.
The Opportunity
Join a collaborative high-performing team with extensive sector expertise. You will:
- Lead on conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals
- Oversee portfolio acquisitions disposals and ongoing management
- Advise on secured lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers
- Act for landlords and tenants on leases surrenders agreements for lease and management matters (licences to assign alter etc.)
- Support the corporate team with real estate aspects of share and asset sales and purchases
- Play an active role in business development client relationship management and practice growth
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 10 years PQE in commercial real estate law
- Proven experience in landlord & tenant portfolio management and secured lending
- Track record of providing real estate support for corporate transactions
- Strong academic background and technical knowledge
- Commercial analytical thinker able to deliver clear practical advice under pressure
- Demonstrable business development skills and interest in practice leadership
- Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
- Flexible proactive and committed to delivering a high standard of service
