We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end projects and cross-functional processes across the organization. This role sits in the Office of the CEO and drives programs that cut across business units functions and even organizations primarily between WalkMe and SAP.
You will not be an ivory tower PMO. You will design the processes align stakeholders and also do the actual work: building plans and dashboards running working sessions following up on actions and making sure we land complex initiatives in the business. A key part of your mandate is to own the cross-functional processes related to our integration with SAP ensuring clarity alignment and execution across both companies.
What will you actually be doing
- End-to-end ownership of cross-company projects
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from idea through planning execution and stabilization with clear goals timelines and ownership.
- Translate strategic priorities from the CEO/Chief of Staff into structured workplans milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Drive progress across multiple initiatives in parallel ensuring dependencies and risks are managed proactively.
- Cross-organizational & cross-functional alignment (WalkMe & SAP)
- Own the governance cadences and processes that connect WalkMe and SAP around joint initiatives (e.g. integration workstreams go-to-market operations).
- Build and maintain clear operating mechanisms: steering committees working groups decision forums and documentation.
- Act as a central point of contact between stakeholders in both organizations driving clarity on ownership priorities and next steps.
- Hands-on project execution
- Roll up your sleeves to build decks trackers dashboards and comms not just supervise others doing it.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings and workshops: set agendas gather inputs drive discussions and capture decisions and follow-ups.
- Consolidate information from multiple teams and tools into simple executive-ready summaries.
- Stakeholder management & communication
- Work closely with leaders across functions (e.g. Product GTM Finance Operations IT) to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Communicate clearly and regularly to stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner who brings structure transparency and momentum.
What should you bring to the table
- 7 years of experience in project/program management or similar roles with a track record of owning cross-functional end-to-end projects including at least 2 years in a fast-paced SaaS or software company.
- Experience working in or alongside large/complex organizations and managing projects that involve multiple companies or external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to design and run processes not just follow them including governance cadences and operating models.
- Strong hands-on execution skills: comfortable building your own project plans dashboards presentations and comms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels and functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable structuring ambiguity into clear options and decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Hebrew a plus if relevant).
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with or within SAP or similar large strategic partners.
- Familiarity with enterprise software / SaaS business models.
- Background in management consulting PMO or strategy & operations roles.
- Exposure to SAP-related initiatives (business processes integrations or joint GTM).
