About the Role:

Experienced Roofing Foreman! In this pivotal role you will lead a dedicated team in delivering top-notch roofing solutions while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Bring your expertise and passion for roofing to a company that values craftsmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily roofing operations and manage project timelines.
Lead and mentor a team of roofers ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of roofing experience with a focus on residential projects.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a crew.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems materials and safety practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

Compensation: $1250.00 - $1750.00 per week
